What is a madCake? |
A madCake is a delicious, made-from-scratch bundt cake adorned with a festive, whimsical, hand-made bow for decoration.

Can I just walk in and buy a cake? |
Yes. Every day we have several small cakes (6-8 servings) of varying flavors ready to be purchased on a first come, first serve basis, though we always recommend pre-ordering if you are looking for any specific flavor, size, or decoration.

How many days in advance should I place my order? |
The earlier, the better! For a standard order, we recommend ordering at least 2-3 days ahead of time to ensure the size and flavor you'd like. For large orders or custom designs, we require an order to be placed at least 5 days in advance.

Can you do custom design bows, cookies, or cupcakes for my specific occasion? |
Yes! We will work with you to create designs for bows, iced shortbread cookies, or cupcakes to suit your particular needs. (1 week pre-order and cookie/cupcake minimum purchase of 1 dozen required).

How should I store and serve my cake? |
All of our cakes can be refrigerated or frozen to preserve freshness, but they are best served at room temperature. We will provide instructions with your cake on how to ensure the best possible freshness and flavor for serving.

Can I get cupcakes in all of your current cake flavors? |
Currently, 4 cake flavors are available daily: Double Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate, Red Velvet, and a “Flavor of the Month”. Other flavors are available (except German Chocolate and Cinnamon Swirl) with a 1 week preorder and minimum purchase of 1 dozen required.

Can you write on the cakes? |
Yes! We can ice a celebratory message onto your cake (extra charge). Alternatively, we can incorporate your message onto a Basic or Designer Bow or provide a note card to place on the cake.

Do you deliver or ship your desserts? What"s the cost? |
We do contract for delivering in and around Austin. The cost is based on the zip code to which we are delivering (usually between $12.50 - $18 in the Austin area). Please call or email for exact pricing.
We currently are not shipping our products, though we have several customers
who successfully ship our goodies to friends and family across the country. We hope to offer this service soon.
